Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VibeHub. By creating an account or publishing an app, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old.
Provide accurate details and keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One account per person, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. We claim no rights over your apps, descriptions, images, or prompts.

By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting VibeHub — showing your app in feeds, search results, the API, and social previews. The licence exists so we can run the site, and it ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups and anything already shared elsewhere by others.

You confirm that you have the right to publish what you post, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

What you may not publish

Malware, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence.
Sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal material.
Deceptive listings: apps that do not exist, impersonation of other people or companies, or misrepresenting who built something.
Spam, including bulk low-quality submissions and manipulation of rankings, likes, or view counts.
Scraping or automated bulk access outside the documented API.

AI disclosures

VibeHub exists to record how software was actually built. The AI tools, models, prompt counts, and contribution estimates you enter are self-reported, and we ask you to report them honestly. We do not verify them, and other users should treat them as claims rather than audited facts. Deliberately false disclosures are grounds for removal.

Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms. We aim to be proportionate — usually a warning first, immediate removal for anything illegal or harmful. If you believe we have made a mistake, email hello@cloudrf.xyz and we will review it. Moderation actions are logged.

Intellectual property complaints

If something here infringes your rights, email hello@cloudrf.xyz identifying the material, your rights in it, and how to reach you. We will investigate and remove infringing content where the claim is substantiated.

Availability

VibeHub is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a free account is nothing.

Links to third-party sites, including the apps listed here, are not endorsements. Visiting them is at your own risk, and their own terms apply.

Ending your use

You may delete your apps from your dashboard at any time, or ask us to delete your account entirely. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. The sections on content licensing, liability, and intellectual property survive termination.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be noted on the site and the date above updated. Continuing to use VibeHub after a change means you accept the revised terms.
